Key facts

Name, description, pricing, contact — the four things an agent needs to represent you.

What it is

This check is a synthesis rather than a single signal: it asks whether the four facts a buyer's agent would need are actually extractable from the homepage.

Name and description come from schema or metadata; pricing from a discoverable link; contact from a mailto: or tel: or a schema contactPoint.

Why an agent cares

When an agent is asked to shortlist vendors, these four fields are the row it fills in. Every blank is either a hallucination or an omission — and an omission usually means you're dropped from the comparison.

How to fix it

  1. 01Make sure all four are present in HTML on the homepage, not only on inner pages.
  2. 02Link pricing from the main navigation with the word "Pricing".
  3. 03Put a real email address in the footer.

How we test it

We attempt each extraction the way a model would and count how many succeed. Three of four passes.
